A mission is one production of each tool: terms of reference, questionnaire, focus group, analysis and report. Everything you produce is yours to take with you: exports, KoboToolbox, links.

Assign a mission

You hand a mission to a team member: the project opens for them in edit mode, and they work in the same place as you.

Who pays for what, your choice

Everyone generates on their own units, except the people you tick as “at my expense”. Assigning a mission ticks it automatically, and you can untick it.

For each mission, how many of your units it has used: enough to report back without a spreadsheet.

To receive an assigned mission or edit a shared project, a member needs Pro or Premium. Viewing a shared project read-only requires Starter or above, or a free trial in progress.

Frequently asked questions

What is Opti' for teams?
It is what the Pro plan opens up for working together: Mission Mode, which links projects, data collection, analyses and reports, a team to assign your missions to, and project sharing, read-only or for editing. Pro includes three complete missions per month, one production of each tool, with the whole Opti' ecosystem.
How much does Pro cost?
Monthly and yearly prices are on the pricing page, with three payment methods: card, bank transfer on invoice or mobile money. An organisation can also generate a PDF quote there, valid for 90 days, to get it approved. What each plan includes, line by line, is on the page plans in detail.
Who pays when a member generates in my project?
By default, everyone generates on their own units. You can tick “at my expense” for a person: their generations in your projects are then counted against your plan. Assigning a mission ticks it automatically, and you can untick it.
What is the difference between Pro and Premium?
Premium is Pro with OptIA, the private AI hosted on a dedicated server, with no third-party AI provider, for the most sensitive data, with up to 100 projects and 10 documents in your library. Premium is subscribed on request: the server is sized to your usage.
How do I convince my management to adopt Opti'?

Is my organisation's data protected?
Yes. Encrypted data and conversations, servers in Europe, GDPR compliance. For sensitive data, the Premium plan adds OptIA (private AI), which processes everything in memory, with no third-party provider and no storage. How do I subscribe to Pro?
On the pricing page, signed in to your account: by card, bank transfer or mobile money. The page also opens from the application, with the “Upgrade” button. For an organisation-wide rollout, contact us directly.
