Find everything from the home screen
The Questionnaire, Report and Data tabs list all your questionnaires, reports and data collections, missions and tools alike. A search bar filters them in a few letters, and each collection downloads as Excel, photos as a .zip.
The narrative report, written before your eyes
The last stage of an assignment is the one that costs the most evenings. Opti' writes it from your data, and you keep control at every step. The details, from data import to export, are on the page of the AI MEAL report generator.
You approve the plan
Before any computation, Opti' proposes the questions to analyse, grouped into parts. You tick, you rename, you move several questions at once. A question left out shows the reason why it was dropped, and a question that measures an indicator from your logical framework cannot be dropped at all.
You follow it live
A panel shows the current stage, how many analyses are done out of the total, and the findings as they come: one sentence per question analysed, and a progress note on what is starting to emerge. You read your results as they arrive, instead of waiting in front of a progress bar.
You correct the readings
Before writing, Opti' puts to you what it is about to assert, the figures behind it and the possible explanations. A drop in satisfaction may come from a stock-out: the AI cannot know that, your team can. Your answers become writing instructions.
An interruption costs you nothing
Network lost, tab closed, page reloaded: the generation resumes exactly where it stopped. The analyses already done are kept, and they are not charged to you twice.
A document ready to send
A cover page carrying the project's identity, taken from your project record, and your logo. Then the table of contents, numbered parts and the executive summary first. In each part, the first figure comes to sit alongside the text. In print, a figure or a table is no longer cut across two pages.
Figures you control
Every figure carries a written title, which you correct by clicking on it. You change its chart type, its question, its disaggregation, and you can add or remove figures. The colours are validated so they stay legible to a colour-blind reader.
Numbers that come from computation
The values cited in the text are not produced by the language model. They come from a ledger computed on your data, which the writing only cites, then checks one by one: the full method is public, limits included, with a pre-filled SAFE AI Transparency Card to download.
