OptiBot is an AI assistant designed for professionals in the humanitarian sector: MEAL teams, project managers, coordinators, fundraising officers. It writes indicators, structures logical frameworks, prepares your donor meetings, builds work plans and action plans, drafts concept notes, report sections and terms of reference, in your language and in the conventions of the sector.

OptiBot is specialised: it knows MEAL practice, the standards of the sector and the conventions of donors, and it sits inside a complete working ecosystem: generating XLSForm questionnaires compatible with KoboToolbox, field data collection, analysis and reports (Opti Gemba), team training (Opti Academy). It is the third position of the answer selector, next to Short and Normal. It switches your question to a far more capable AI model, useful when the usual answer circles the topic without getting to it: multi-step reasoning, detailed analysis of a dataset, non-trivial code, long text that must stay consistent from start to finish. The trade-off is shown on the button itself: an answer in Power mode counts double in your weekly usage. Power mode is included in Pro and Premium; on the other plans, OptiBot answers in Normal mode, which stays fully available.

Yes, and it does not read it by eye. Paste your table into the conversation or attach your workbook .xlsx: OptiBot writes the code that finds your columns, converts numbers written in French format (1 238, 0,00, 62 %), adds them up by area and by month, then cross-checks the totals. Every figure in its answer comes from a calculation that was actually run.

That is what makes the difference on a table with multi-row headers, where areas take one row and months the next: reading it by eye easily assigns a value to the neighbouring area, with nothing to flag it. A “See the calculations” panel shows the steps, and any number that cannot be found in your data is flagged under the answer.

Yes. OptiBot writes structured documents ready to use: sections of donor reports, concept notes for fundraising, evaluation terms of reference, MEAL plans, action plans, survey methodologies. The documents it generates can be edited together (ask for a specific change and it applies it) and exported to Word.

Yes: describe your survey and the Opti Gemba module generates a complete XLSForm questionnaire (groups, skip logic, multilingual), compatible with KoboToolbox and ODK. You can then collect the data in the field, including offline, and analyse it directly in Opti'.

Yes, and it is central: your online conversations are encrypted at application level, so they are unreadable in the database. You can also choose 100 % local storage, on your device only. GDPR consent is explicit and versioned. The public demo on this page needs no personal data at all: simply avoid entering anything sensitive.
