# Opti', Plateforme MEAL tout-en-un pour l'humanitaire

> Opti' (myoptibot.com) is an all-in-one MEAL platform (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning) for the humanitarian and non-profit sector. It bundles three AI modules, OptiBot, Opti Gemba and Opti Academy, that cover the full MEAL cycle, from questionnaire design to offline data collection, automated analysis, narrative reporting and staff training. It also ships as an Excel add-in published on Microsoft AppSource. Built by Thomas LEQUEUX Consulting.

Opti' is a web application (installable PWA, also on Google Play). One account and one subscription unlock all three modules. UI available in French and English; AI answers in 120+ languages.

## The three modules

- **OptiBot**, the AI MEAL assistant (conversational). Gives expert answers on monitoring & evaluation, planning, funding and donor reporting; methodological guidance (SMART indicators, logical framework, theory of change, sampling, OECD-DAC, CHS, SPHERE, AAP, donor reporting for ECHO/BHA/USAID/FCDO); produces contextualised documents (ToR, methodologies, recommendations); grounds its answers in a personal vectorised document library (RAG).
